As your company grows there will be more demands on your time. What can happen is there is less time to think through problems properly. Or worse, not deal with issues at all. The manager tends to be in a Reactive Management mode where they are continually firefighting issues.
At this point it is likely time to delegate some responsibilties. How well this transition happens depends largely on how your workforce is positioned to take on responsibilities.
Remember that employees will generally meet your expectations.
Provide the appropriate authority and responsibility and ensure other coworkers are informed.
